Job Description

Job Purpose:

To support clients in buying, selling, renting, or letting properties by offering expert advice, managing property viewings, and handling negotiations. Additionally, the role involves providing on-site estate support, coordinating maintenance requests, reporting property issues, and delivering exceptional customer service to residents and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

Client-Facing & Property Sales/Lettings:

Register and assist clients with their property needs--buying, selling, or renting. Match clients with suitable properties and arrange viewings (virtual or in person). Conduct property viewings, communicating key features and benefits clearly. Negotiate offers between buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords. Guide clients through the entire process--from first enquiry to deal completion. Maintain accurate client and property records on CRM systems.
Estate Services & Property Support:

Act as a friendly point of contact for tenants and leaseholders on site. Report maintenance issues, property damage, or safety concerns to the relevant teams. Liaise with contractors, cleaners, and property managers as required. Carry out routine estate inspections and report back on property conditions. Assist in preparing vacant properties for letting or viewing. Provide general estate services support, ensuring smooth operation of the property.
Administration & Coordination:

Prepare marketing materials including property listings, descriptions, and brochures. Handle email and phone enquiries in a professional and timely manner. Process tenancy agreements, sales paperwork, and compliance documentation. Maintain files and ensure data accuracy in line with GDPR and company policy.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Customer service-focused with a positive, helpful attitude Confident in negotiating and resolving issues professionally Attention to detail and good record-keeping skills IT literate, especially with Microsoft Office and property software (CRM systems) Able to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, housing, or a related field (minimum requirement) Previous experience in property sales, lettings, customer service, or estate services is desirable o Familiarity with residential property management or front-line estate support is a plus
