Job Summary


We are seeking a professional and organised Property co-ordinator to oversee the daily operations of our property portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of property management, ensuring tenant satisfaction by ensuring that tenants are matched to rooms and maintenance and high cleaning standards are completed.

This is an opportunity for fit and practical person who enjoys flexible working but who has high standards and a great problem solving approach.

Responsibilities



Manage checking tenants in and out and any cleaning and inventories involved Oversee property maintenance and coordinate repairs or upgrades as needed Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties meet safety and quality standards Cleaning properties ready for viewings Inspections of properties using a simple app Assist with viewings

Experience

No experience required- we want the right practically minded, people centred person! Candidates should possess strong organisational skills, be proactive problem-solvers, and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week
