The Role: Property Director
Sector: Hospitality
Location: - Midlands / National
Salary: 100,000 - 120,000pa + Package
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and energetic Property Director to join an amazing group and play a leading role in their growth plans.
You will need to be a passionate and committed character who is comfortable taking a seat in the senior leadership team and is willing to truly get behind the brand.
Although this is a senior role, there is no room for an 'ivory tower' mentality and the incoming candidate will be expected to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in to achieve goals. The nitty gritty will be what drives you and your sense of accomplishment will come from genuine 360 involvement, from sourcing sites through all planning and construction phases and finally through to business as usual across the operating estate to ensure that maintenance and facilities are all up to scratch.
Key areas of responsibility:

• Finding / Sourcing Sites / Acquiring sites
• Feasibility Studies
• Presenting / Reporting on ROI
• Planning stages
• Appointing contractors
• Full construction programme management
• Building and managing pipeline
• Managing a team across the estate
• Integrating new acquisitions into the estate
• Ensuring all maintenance programmes are in place and fit for purpose
• Ensuring compliance with H&S and company operating standards

Additional Experience:

• Extensive experience in negotiation - freehold and leasehold
• A strong network cross real estate opportunities
• A keen understanding of target audiences
• Commercially minded and very astute - strong negotiation skills

The successful candidate will be super organised, have high levels on energy and have the ability to create opportunities to keep up with the company growth plans.
