Job Summary:
The Property Experience Manager is a crucial role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties. This includes guest management, maintenance coordination, property setup, and contract sourcing. The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, and committed to providing top-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries and support.
Manage guest check-ins and check-outs with efficiency and professionalism.
Address and resolve guest issues promptly, ensuring a seamless experience.
Maintenance Coordination:
Controlling property maintenance and ensuring timely resolution of any issues.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs.
Driving and Logistics:
Operate company van to transport supplies and equipment between properties.
Ensure that all logistics are handled efficiently and safely.
Property Setup:
Lead the setup of new properties, including furnishing, stocking, and quality control.
Preparing properties for guest readiness.
Contract Sourcing & Communication:
Actively seek new contract opportunities to expand the business.
Communicate effectively with the Company Director to secure and manage agreements.
Issue Resolution:
Respond swiftly to property-related issues, coordinating repairs and follow-up as required.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams to streamline operations and improve service.
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or related field is preferred but not required.
General IT skills using software such as Zoom, Google Drive and Excel Documents
Training is provided for all key responsibilities.
