We're looking for a
Property Inspector/Administrator
to join our expanding operations in the Aberdeen area. This is a full-time role involving regular site visits to rental properties to carry out inspections, inventories, and compliance testing. Full training will be provided for all technical tasks, including PATs, EPCs, and Legionella Risk Assessments, so a willingness to learn and work independently is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine property inspections on behalf of landlords and agents
Prepare and complete detailed property inventories
Perform PAT (Portable Appliance Testing)
Carry out domestic EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) assessments
Complete Legionella Risk Assessments (LRA)
Carry out basic administrative duties, including sending and amending reports
Ensure accuracy and timeliness across all documentation and reporting
We're Looking for Someone Who:
Has a clean UK driver's licence
Is highly methodical, detail-driven, and accurate
Can work independently and manage their own schedule
Has strong communication and reporting skills
Is self-motivated, professional, and committed to high standards
Has experience in property, compliance, or inspection work (preferred)
Has an interest in sustainability and energy efficiency
(Bonus) Is already a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA)
