Property Inspector / Inventory Clerk
to join our growing team and play a key role in maintaining the quality and integrity of our managed properties.
About the Role
In this varied and rewarding position, you'll be responsible for conducting detailed property inspections, inventories, check-ins, and check-outs. You'll ensure every property is accurately reported on and compliant with company and legal standards - helping landlords and tenants alike enjoy a smooth tenancy process.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out property
inventories
,
check-ins
,
mid-term inspections
, and
check-outs
.
Record the
condition and contents
of each property accurately.
Take
clear photographs
and write up
detailed reports
using company software.
Identify and report
maintenance or health and safety issues
.
Liaise with
landlords, tenants, and property managers
in a professional and courteous manner.
Ensure inspections are completed
on time and to a high standard
.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a
Property Inspector
,
Inventory Clerk
, or within
Property Management / Lettings
(preferred but not essential).
Strong
attention to detail
and excellent
written communication
.
Able to
manage your own workload
and meet deadlines.
Confident using
property or inventory software
.
Professional, reliable, and proactive attitude.

Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year
