Freelance Property Inventory Clerk

Location: Sussex & Surrey
Type: Self-Employed / Contractor Position

About Us:

DB Letting Services is a trusted Property Inspection and Inventory company, supporting clients across Sussex and Surrey. We're expanding and looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join us on a self-employed basis to help deliver high-quality reports for residential lettings.

The Role:

This is an excellent opportunity to kick-start or grow your career in the residential lettings industry. As a freelance Inventory Clerk, you'll attend properties on behalf of our clients to assess their condition. You will dictate detailed observations and take comprehensive photographs of each room, which are then compiled using our advanced reporting software.

The role is a hybrid of property visits and home-based report writing, with work typically scheduled Monday to Friday, and occasional Saturdays.

The Areas:

We cover a wide area including Crawley, Horsham, Redhill, Croydon, Sutton, and surrounding towns and villages.

You'll need to be physically active, as the job involves time on your feet and regular driving between appointments. The ability to stay focused and adapt to last-minute changes (such as job sequencing or key collection) is essential.
