Inventory Clerk / Trainee Lettings Clerk (Part-Time, Potential for Full-Time)
Are you organised, detail-oriented, and ready to take your first steps into the property industry? We're looking for a motivated
Inventory Clerk / Trainee Lettings Clerk
to join our growing team. This part-time role offers the potential to become full-time as our business continues to expand.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct property inspections and prepare accurate inventory reports
Support check-in and check-out processes, ensuring properties are well-presented and compliant
Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
Assist the lettings team with administrative tasks and client communications including viewings
Visit properties as required - a full driving licence is essential
Ideal Candidate:
Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
Basic IT skills (training will be provided)
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
