Description

Join Axxco, a leading player in social housing investment, as a Property Investment Consultant. We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable individual to help expand our property investment portfolio. This role involves identifying investment opportunities, advising clients, and helping them make informed property investment decisions.


As a Property Investment Consultant at Axxco, you will play a crucial role in driving our investment strategy and client portfolio growth. Your responsibilities will include:

Identifying and evaluating potential investment properties in the social housing sector. Providing expert advice and consultancy services to clients on property investments. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with investors, property vendors, and other stakeholders. Conducting market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and opportunities. Collaborating with our team to develop innovative investment solutions that meet client needs.
Your Profile
We are looking for candidates who exhibit the following qualifications and skills:

A bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required. Proven experience in property investment, real estate consultancy, or a similar role. Strong understanding of the property market, particularly in social housing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
