The Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Property Lawyer to join our thriving property team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a diverse caseload, provide clear and practical advice to clients, and play a key role in driving the continued success and reputation of our firm.
Responsibilities
Handle a broad range of property matters including residential and commercial conveyancing.
Advise clients on freehold and leasehold transactions, mortgages and property finance.
Draft and review contracts, leases and other property-related legal documents.
Conduct title checks, searches and due diligence for property transactions.
Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties professionally and promptly.
Manage deadlines and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and billing records.
Attend client meetings and provide clear, practical legal advice.
Contribute to business development and networking activities.
Requirements
Qualified as a solicitor in England or Wales (minimum of 1 year PQE in property law)
Strong knowledge of property law transactions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Previous experience in a property department is essential.
This role is based in both our Swansea and Neath office.
