Our well-established client is seeking a Lawyer to join their growing residential property department.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced legal professional to contribute to a well-established and highly regarded department, assisting clients with all aspects of property transactions.
As part of our Residential Property team, you will manage a varied caseload, handling matters such as sales, purchases, remortgages, lease extensions, and transfers of equity.
You will also play a key role in maintaining and growing client relationships, ensuring smooth transactions with a proactive and solution-driven approach.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Residential Property law, with a strong track record of handling transactions efficiently and providing clear, strategic advice to clients.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will:
Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Provide outstanding client service, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.
Be confident managing a busy caseload with minimal supervision.
Have experience liaising with lenders, estate agents, and other third parties.
