Responsibilities
Assist clients in renting properties by providing detailed information and guidance throughout the process.
Dealing with customer queries and complaints via telephone, email and by post.
Conduct property viewings and open houses to showcase available listings.
Conduct property inspections and create detailed inspection reports.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of local property markets to advise clients effectively.
Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients to secure favourable terms.
Prepare applications and review documentation related to property related transactions, licensing and compliance, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
Dealing with tenant applications and preparing documentation.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals.
Maintain organised records of client interactions, property listings, and transaction progress.
Stay informed about market trends, property values, and relevant legislation affecting real estate transactions.
Manage maintenance issues in an organised and timely manner.
Processing banking transactions.
Be able to work alone and manage their own time effectively.
Requirements
Fluent spoken and written English. Good mathematical skills.
Honest, humble and hardworking individual.
Professional and polite telephone manner with good listening skills.
Proven customer service skills.
Proven administrative experience with strong organisational skills to manage multiple clients and listings efficiently.
High attention to detail.
Excel, Word, Google docs and Google sheets experience.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, using tact and diplomacy to effectively liaise with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
Patient and willingness to learn.
A proactive approach with exceptional organisational skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

Full clean UK driving licence and own car.
Undertake and pass a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.
