Job description

This top 50 firm with 8 offices across the UK is looking to expand its specialist Property Litigation team with the appointment of an ambitious Solicitor.

The department in this office is headed by a widely renowned litigator, who you will receive excellent mentoring and development from to further your career with the firm.

The case load is varied, including -

• business lease renewals
• forfeiture
• dilapidations
• repair obligations
• recovery of rent arrears and service charges
• possession proceedings
• recovery of land from unlawful occupiers
• adverse possession
• boundary disputes

You will ideally be 2+ years PQE, with strong exposure to property litigation and a desire to pursue a career in this area.

The firm offer excellent salaries, internal progression programmes with a view to promote every 3-4 years, access to the highest quality work and liaise with other offices operating on larger scale cases.
