My client is a large regional firm with a fantastic property litigation team. They are looking to expand their department in their Southampton office further, providing an ideal time to join the team during an exciting growth phase.

You will get to tackle a whole range of property litigation matters and clients, including working with individuals, businesses, retail and leisure, charities, government and banking clients, with the work focusing on areas such as: Business Tenancies, dilapidations, rent reviews, rent and service charge disputes, Landlord and Tenant work, Professional Negligence matters, Residential Property matters, Land Contracts and more. Therefore, a strong grounding and exposure to quality property litigation matters is desired, whilst an additional interest in Electronic Communications Code disputes is a real bonus.

Overall, this firm consistently ranks both for it\'s excellent teams and work, but also for it\'s highly supportive culture and collegiate environment, in this area the firm counts itself in various \'best of\' lists for firms to work for in the UK.
