Property Litigation Solicitor, London - Are you a talented Property Litigation Solicitor looking for an exciting opportunity to join a reputable law firm in London? Our client is looking for a dedicated Property Litigation Solicitor who is ideally between 3 - 4 years\' PQE to join its Property and Land Litigation Team. JOB TITLE: Property Litigation Solicitor
PQE: 3-4 Years\'
LOCATION: London
SALARY: c\xc2\xa360,000 - \xc2\xa370,000 DOE

THE ROLE:

  • Handling disputes and litigation matters relating to land or property
  • Acting for landlords and tenants in all real estate-related disputes, rent recovery and arrears
  • Residential possession proceedings and service charge recovery
  • Commercial possession proceedings and dilapidation and disrepair claims and counterclaims
  • Boundary and right of way disputes, Land registration disputes and restrictive covenants
  • Landlord\'s consent issues, lease renewals, enfranchisements and extensions
  • Rights to light and party wall issues, rights of way and other easement disputes
  • Succession and abandonment claims, tree roots claims, water infrastructure charges and professional negligence claims
THE CANDIDATE:
As an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor, you will be between 3 - 4 years\' PQE with a demonstrable and proven background in the areas listed above. You will be a clear communicator who can remain calm under pressured situations, whilst keeping client best interests at heart. A can-do attitude it essential, together with being a team player. You will preferably have experience in business development to assist in growing the department, whilst working to retain excellent relationships with existing clients.
