Job Description

A well-regarded West End commercial law firm is looking to hire a Property Litigation Solicitor (3-5 PQE) to join its established and growing team.

This is a strong opportunity for a solicitor who enjoys hands-on litigation work, direct client contact, and being part of a collaborative, partner-led environment.

The role:

You'll be handling a broad mix of commercial and residential property litigation, including:

Landlord & tenant disputes Development and real estate contract disputes Property insolvency matters Rights of way, adverse possession & restrictive covenants Drafting pleadings, notices, witness statements Instructing Counsel and attending hearings Managing your own caseload (with appropriate supervision)
You'll also be encouraged to take part in business development and client relationship work.

The ideal candidate:

3-5 years' PQE in property litigation Experience gained in private practice Strong drafting and communication skills Confident dealing directly with clients Organised, proactive, and commercially minded
