We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, dedicated, and energetic property litigator within our thriving Dispute Resolution Department. The Team is one of the largest litigation departments in the Southwest, recognised in Legal 500, Chambers & Partners and Chambers & Partners HNW guides. We are looking for a solicitor with +5 years' experience in property litigation to join our team.

The department is also well known for its expertise in contentious trust and probate work for which is also ranked in Legal 500 2026 as Band 2 and features within the High Net Worth Guide 2025.
Some of the recent property litigation work includes acting in the following matters:
On behalf of a large investment company in relation to a number of contractual disputes arising from the construction of a commercial property;
On behalf of a Sandbanks resident in relation to a restrictive covenant dispute with a GDV of 7m.
In a business lease renewal representing a well-known luxury watch brand, involving cross-jurisdictional elements.
Appellant in judicial review proceedings concerning a planning decision. The proposed development in this matter has a net worth in excess of 8m;
In a professional negligence claim against another law firm in relation to a multi-million pound estate.
On behalf of an investor seeking to recover in excess of 1.5m worth of investments, which concerns several jurisdictions.
