Overview

A well-established and growing law practice is seeking to strengthen its dispute resolution team with an experienced property litigation professional. This is a senior-level opportunity with scope to progress into a leadership position, depending on the successful candidate's background and ambitions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a varied caseload of complex property disputes, including landlord and tenant matters, boundary issues, restrictive covenants, and professional negligence claims. Provide strategic advice to clients ranging from individuals to developers and corporate entities. Lead negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings with confidence and professionalism. Contribute to the development of the department, mentoring junior colleagues and supporting business growth.

Candidate Profile:

Qualified solicitor with at least 5 years' post-qualification experience in property litigation. Strong technical knowledge and proven track record of handling high-value or complex disputes. Excellent communication skills and ability to build lasting client relationships. Ambition to take on greater responsibility, with potential to step into a Head of Department role.
