About the Role
We are seeking an organised and proactive
Maintenance Administrator
to support our Maintenance team. This role is central to ensuring maintenance issues across residential blocks are handled efficiently, professionally, and in line with service level expectations.
You will act as a key point of contact between residents, contractors, and property managers, helping to keep buildings safe, compliant, and well maintained.
Key Responsibilities
Logging, tracking, and managing maintenance requests
Liaising with contractors to arrange repairs, quotes, and site visits
Raising works orders and monitoring progress to completion
Updating residents and property managers on maintenance matters
Ensuring compliance with health & safety and statutory requirements
Maintaining accurate records on property management systems
Assisting with emergency repairs and out-of-hours issues (as required)
Supporting the wider block management team with administrative tasks
About You
Previous experience in property, block management, or maintenance administration (required)
Consistent, reliable, and punctual attendance
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator, both written and verbal
Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Comfortable using property management software and Microsoft Office
Professional, calm, and customer-focused approach
Proven reliability and excellent timekeeping skills
