Albyn Housing Society is looking for a Property Maintenance Assistant to contribute towards the delivery of our property compliance and tenant safety programmes. This is a hybrid working position offering a blend of office and remote working.
As part of the team, the role will deliver high quality frontline services across all aspects of our day to day compliance and cyclical activities, including the scheduling of inspections and remedials, document handling, data validation, troubleshooting, implementation of action plans and liaison with key stakeholders.

Has excellent organisational skills and close attention to detail.
Is a real team player who enjoys working with colleagues to deliver the best possible outcomes.
Possesses good IT skills and is comfortable in the use of all Microsoft products as well as learning new systems.
Has a passion for good customer service.
Has a background in property services such as facilities management, housing, construction or property management, health and safety or business administration.
