Property Maintenance Operative
Job Description
Looking for someone who can do the following
Perform basic tasks including painting, cleaning properties in readiness for new occupants and managing maintenance repairs. Carpentry, plumbing and basic electrics is an advantage.
Detect and report the need for minor/major maintenance repairs.
Regularly check communal spaces to identify issues with cleaning, fire doors, smoke detectors and overall decor.
Full Driving licence is essential
Must have vehicle and own tools
