Property Maintenance Technician - Lettings
Pay:
130-150 per day:
We're looking for a skilled and reliable Property Maintenance Technician to join our lettings team. The role involves maintaining a portfolio of rental properties, ensuring they remain in excellent condition for our tenants and landlords.
Responsibilities:
Carry out routine and reactive maintenance across a range of residential lettings Handle day-to-day repairs including plumbing, joinery, painting, tiling, and basic electrical work Ensure all work meets health and safety standards Support occasional emergency call-outs when required
Requirements:
Proven experience in property maintenance (5 years preferred) Excellent communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Full UK driving licence (required) Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general building repairs Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
