We are seeking a skilled and proactive Property Maintenance Technician. You'll be reporting into the Operational Compliance manager and be responsible for carrying out reactive maintenance tasks at our sites, ensuring that all areas are safe, functional, and presented to brand standards. The role will focus on the Liverpool sites but will include working in the Leeds area when necessary.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general building maintenance and repairs, including joinery & painting tasks.
Liaise with external contractors and suppliers as required.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Report completed work in a timely manner.
Carry out annual PAT testing in all sites
Ideally, but not essential- electrical fixed wire installations experience (qualified)
About You
Previous experience in a maintenance role, ideally within hospitality, leisure, or facilities management.
Good knowledge and experience of plumbing and joinery trades.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision.
Full driving licence
Basic hand & power tools are required ( the company will provide any other tools / equipment required to complete works )
Desired qualifications ( not essential ) include NVQ 3 Electrotechnical qualification, NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a building services discipline. CSCS card holder.
