About the opportunity
A prestigious residential rental company that creates sought-after accommodation in prime city locations is seeking a skilled Management Accountant to join their growing finance team. Key responsibilities
  • Prepare monthly management accounts ensuring accurate and timely reporting
  • Produce quarterly reports and present findings to stakeholders, including investors
  • Support the annual budget setting process and manage budget versus actuals reporting
  • Handle daily receipting and manage routine accounting queries efficiently
  • Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly reconciliations across multiple bank accounts and entities
  • Collaborate closely with junior and senior accountants to ensure comprehensive team coverage
  • Identify and implement improvements in reporting processes and accounting practices
  • Communicate financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders
Requirements
  • Strong accounting background with experience in management accounting
  • Excellent Excel skills and systems knowledge with ability to learn new platforms quickly
  • Experience with quarterly reporting and stakeholder presentations
  • Proven ability to handle multiple entity reconciliations and maintain data integrity
  • Strong communication skills for presenting to non-financial audiences
  • Collaborative approach to working within a team environment
  • Process improvement mindset with attention to detail
  • Qube experience beneficial but not essential
  • Service charge knowledge experience advantageous
