ROLE OF THE JOB
Property Management Assistant - Statutory Maintenance (2 days per week)
We are seeking a Property Management Assistant to provide administrative support to the Council's Statutory Maintenance Team on a part-time basis (2 days per week). The role supports Technical Statutory Maintenance Officers in the delivery and monitoring of statutory compliance across the Council's property portfolio.
Duties include maintaining compliance records, processing certification and statutory documentation, updating corporate systems, coordinating correspondence, and maintaining service level agreement documents. The postholder will support reporting and help ensure statutory maintenance obligations are met in line with legislative and Council requirements.
