About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced

Property Management professional

to take charge of the Brixton office.

You'll be responsible for

leading and developing a high-performing team

, overseeing property portfolios, ensuring compliance, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. This is your chance to take ownership of your branch, shape its operations, and drive business growth while benefiting from excellent support and training.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Property Managers Conduct daily team meetings and one-to-one coaching sessions Oversee property inspections, maintenance, and regulatory compliance Manage tenant negotiations, tenancy renewals, and arrears processes Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors Ensure service excellence across the property portfolio Handle complaints efficiently and proactively resolve issues

About You

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Property Manager in residential lettings Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team Strong knowledge of residential lettings legislation and compliance requirements Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Customer-focused and able to deliver exceptional service Full UK driving licence required IT literate with experience in basic property management software
