Job Title: Property Management Surveyor
Location: Chesterfield + Hybrid working

About the Job


We're looking for a dedicated and detail driven Property Management Surveyor to manage our growing portfolio of investment and operational properties. This role is ideal for someone experienced in lease management, property compliance, and valuation who thrives in a varied and hands-on role.


Key Responsibilities


Manage rent reviews and lease renewals
Act as tenant (PCT) and landlord representative
Conduct valuations (freehold and insurance reinstatement)
Provide rating advice and handle business rates appeals
Collect rent, service charges, insurance, and utilities
Maintain up-to-date compliance records (EPC, gas, asbestos, etc.)
Advise on acquisitions, repairs, maintenance, and dilapidations
Conduct inspections and manage all legal/property documentation


About you


Experience in commercial/residential property management
Understanding of lease terms, rent reviews, and landlord/tenant law
Strong administrative and organisational skills
MRICS qualified and RICS accredited
Knowledge of compliance and certification standards
