Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
As a Property Manager in block management, your day-to-day activities will include:
Resident Support:
Responding to enquiries, complaints, and service requests from leaseholders and tenants, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
Contractor & Supplier Coordination:
Liaising with contractors for routine maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and landscaping. Scheduling and following up to ensure work is completed on time and to a high standard.
Administrative Duties:
Managing correspondence, preparing reports, updating records, and assisting with service charge accounts and financial queries.
Meetings & Appointments:
Organising and attending meetings with residents, committees, or contractors to discuss property matters, upcoming works, or budget planning.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensuring that properties meet regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and that all records are accurate and up to date.
Office Support:
Maintaining office supplies, handling calls, and supporting the wider management team with administrative tasks.
Proactive Problem-Solving:
Identifying potential issues before they escalate, coordinating solutions, and keeping clients and residents informed.
Skills & Experience:
The ideal candidate will have:
Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher).
Experience in block management or property management is desirable.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:40am - 5:30pm
Two Saturdays out of four, 8:40am - 2pm (day in lieu provided)
