We are seeking a proactive Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential and mixed-use properties in Bournemouth. You will take responsibility for the full lifecycle of property lettings and management, from marketing and viewings through to rent collection, compliance, and arrears recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
Market and let properties quickly and efficiently
Conduct viewings, reference checks, and tenancy sign-ups
Ensure full legal compliance with tenancy regulations (e.g. HMO licensing, EPCs, deposit protection, etc.)
Liaise with tenants and contractors to resolve maintenance issues
Conduct regular inspections and ensure property condition is maintained
Manage rent collection, monitor arrears, and follow up as needed
Handle tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and end-of-tenancy processes
Maintain accurate records and update property management systems
Skills & Experience Required:
Comfortable dealing with tenants and trades, including difficult situations such as arrears recovery
Organised, self-motivated, and proactive problem-solver
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Full UK driving licence
