Property Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a customer focused Property Manager to join our friendly lettings and management team in Chippenham for three days per week (including Thursdays), plus one in four Saturdays. The ideal candidate will use their own initiative and display a flexible 'can do' approach as this is a role where no two days are the same and you will be key in providing an excellent level of service to both landlords and tenants.

About the Role



Responsibilities will include drawing up tenancy renewals, completing property inspections, coordinating with contractors, organising maintenance works and maintaining compliance. Ensuring properties are ready for letting and managing the end of tenancy check-out process and deposit return.

Atwell Martin offer full support and training in addition to funding study materials/training for a Level 3 (SCQF Level 6) Certificate in Property Agency recognised by ARLA Propertymark.

Essential Skills



Excellent customer service and administration experience essential Previous experience in Property Manager roles preferred Detail-oriented with strong organisation and communication skills Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team Flexible, adaptable nature with the ability to multi-task in a calm manner Full UK Driving License and use of car during working hours

Hours



08.30 - 17.30 three days per week (must include Thursdays), and one in four Saturdays 09.00 - 16.00.

Please note that this role is office based in our Chippenham office.

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: 16,415.00-18,025.00 per year
