We are seeking a

confident and capable Property Manager

We're growing our property portfolio in the Oxfordshire / Bucks / Beds area and this role will be focussed on properties in this area.

Our Property Managers are travelling between properties for a large proportion of their time and whilst managing the properties, they will sometimes be expected to do last minute cleaning, some small maintenance jobs and even take the rubbish out - this is a physically demanding role and will really suit someone who does not just want to sit behind a desk.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of residential properties Conduct regular property inspections and arrange necessary maintenance Handle tenant communications, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction Liaise with landlords, contractors, and service providers Ensure compliance with all property legislation and safety regulations Maintain accurate records and update property management systems Be prepared to do what's needed (cleaning, maintenance, rubbish removal) to get the property ready before a tenant moves in.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in property management or lettings Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Knowledge of relevant property legislation and compliance Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively Proficiency in property management software and IT systems A valid driver's licence (preferred, depending on the role)
