You will be working within the property management team delivering excellent customer service. Your main duties will include:

Arranging maintenance on our managed property portfolio Carrying out routine property inspections Dealing with checkouts and liaising between landlords and tenants in negotiating deposit returns Arranging routine safety checks Tenancy renewals Rent increases Serving notices
Your track record will be strong and your experience varied allowing you to flourish and meet business objectives whilst upholding our reputation for compliance to ever increasing legislative demands.

Previous property / tenancy management and Lettings experience is preferred and either have Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management or be prepared to work towards toward this qualification.

The hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm, with time taken off in lieu for one Saturday in 6 (10:00 to 14:00)
