Full?time, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)

A rare opportunity to manage a historic estate with a legacy stretching back over 800 years.

We're currently looking to appoint a Property Manager to oversee the residential and property interests of a prestigious Estate, based at the beautiful Barkby location.

This hands?on role offers the chance to work directly with the Estate's family and dedicated Estate Management team, while being supported by a wider property network. It's a unique position that blends modern property management practices with the tradition, care, and legacy of a historic rural estate.

What you'll be doing

Managing a portfolio of mainly residential properties, including inspections, compliance, and lettings Acting as the main point of contact for tenants and contractors Overseeing in?house maintenance staff and external contractors Managing property compliance, certifications, tenancy documents, and rent reviews Keeping accurate records, managing utility recharges, and assisting with budgeting and financial tasks Supporting wider estate operations including insurance, staff training, health & safety, and equipment management Helping shape the long?term success of the Estate alongside the family and their team

What we're looking for:

Highly organised with excellent prioritisation skills Strong communicator with meticulous attention to detail Proficient in IT and property software systems Team player who can also work independently Someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of something long?term and meaningful Full UK driving licence
