Job Description
We are looking to recruit a full time Development Manager to join our busy Edinburgh Office. The role involves managing a portfolio of residential developments across East / Central Scotland with key duties including:
Managing all repairs and maintenance to common property
Contractor selection and monitoring
Financial planning
Corresponding with Owners' Associations / Owners via phone, email & letter
Carrying out property visits
Holding meetings with owners
Ideally, we are looking for candidates with property management experience but candidates with experience in surveying, facilities management or housing will also be considered. The role requires strong technical, planning, problem solving and communication skills.
Essential: Full Driving Licence.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone to further develop their career in property management leading to TPI accreditation.
