LET It are an established and professional Letting Agency based in Hillington, Glasgow who have been a well known local business for over 30 years.

We are currently looking for a Property Manager to meeting our growing business needs and to handle the daily operations of our residential properties. Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 9 am to 5 pm and Friday 9 am to 4 pm with a 45-minute (unpaid) lunch break.

The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, exceptional phone etiquette, and a keen ability to upsell our services. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage tenant relations, ensure property maintenance, and maintain accurate records using property management software such as SME Professional.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet company standards. Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing enquiries and resolving issues promptly. Oversee lease agreements, renewals, and terminations while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Maintain accurate records through data entry into property management software. Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with contractors to ensure timely repairs. Prepare regular reports on property performance and occupancy rates for management review.

Requirements

Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred but not essential as full training will be given. Strong administrative skills with attention to detail. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with tenants, landlords & contractors. Proficiency in office software applications; familiarity with SME Professional or similar property management systems is preferred but not essential. Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
