The Role





We are seeking a proactive and experienced Property Manager to join our dedicated team. This is a dynamic role requiring strong communication, organisational skills, and a collaborative spirit. You'll be responsible for managing a diverse property portfolio, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.



Key Responsibilities




Delivering exceptional customer service via meetings, phone, and email Managing relationships with property owners, lessees, residents, and landlords Manage meetings with Resident Associations, RTM Companies, and stakeholders Conducting site visits and overseeing contractor performance Coordinating property maintenance and liaising with service providers

Key Attributes & Skills




Excellent communication skills with a confident, professional telephone manner Highly organised, accurate, and methodical approach Strong team player with a positive attitude Numerate and IT literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Email) Ability to handle confidential information in line with GDPR and Data Protection regulations

Desirable Knowledge




Understanding of relevant legislation including: Landlord and Tenant Act Financial Conduct Authority regulations Health and Safety legislation
