Property Manager / Lettings Negotiator

to join our dynamic team and support our Lettings & Operations Manager.

Role Overview


You'll play a key role in ensuring properties are onboarded and managed efficiently. The role involves a mix of office work and on-the-ground duties. You'll work closely with landlords, tenants, and internal teams to coordinate lettings, resolve issues, and help the business grow.

Key Responsibilities



Conduct

check-ins and check-outs

with tenants Act as a

runner

to assist with property-related errands (e.g., inspections, key drop-offs)

Meet landlords

at properties for viewings, handovers, and compliance checks

Pitch to landlords

over the phone to secure new deals Assist with

property viewings and showings

Handle

marketing

of properties across relevant platforms Respond to

letting enquiries

via email, phone, and portals Support with

tenancy applications and referencing

Coordinate with operations for

maintenance and compliance

Ensure listings are accurate, up-to-date, and visually appealing Build and maintain strong relationships with both landlords and tenants

Requirements



Previous experience in

lettings

,

property management

, or

sales (minimum 1 year)

Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (required for travel between properties) Strong communication and negotiation skills Confident phone manner and ability to pitch to landlords Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Tech-savvy and organised (we use tools like Trello, Slack, Google Workspace) Willing to work Saturdays regularly Excellent attention to detail and customer service mindset
