Deliver excellent customer service at all times and day to day property maintenance issues
Responsible for organizing planned maintenance
Co-ordinate and oversee any refurbishment projects where applicable
Managing utility bills, invoice management and processing
Regular reporting to Project Management Lead and organize remedial works and safety certification
Requirements:
Experience in managing luxury properties is essential
Excellent team worker with a flexible approach to work
Excellent IT skills, including Excel, Power Point, Word, etc
Have an ability to multi-task - Be adaptable and a good team player - To have a strong service "ethic"
Excellent written and communication skills
Strong organisational skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Good command of both written and spoken English. Able to read and speak in Chinese is preferred
Comfortable with different time zone working environment and willing to travel abroad when needed
Be able to work under pressure with tight timeline or multi-task when needed
Must be eligible to work in UK
