Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to assist with the daily operations of our Major Works Team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent phone manner, and good technical knowledge of building repair types.

Our major works department progress repairs utilising Building Surveyors, Structural Engineers and Lift Consultants. Working to ensure smooth operation and delivery of major work projects

Responsibilities

Reviewing previous repairs and raising estimates for professional services Reviewing survey reports, querying/clarifying specific points Holding regular meetings with homeowners to discuss options and works. Regular communication with homeowners , providing updates on the project progression. Responding to email and phone queries. Act as liaison between homeowners and Surveyors, to ensure information if relayed accurately and timely. Clear understanding of grant/funding options available to homeowners. Good technical knowledge of buildings/material would be desirable.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role within the property Strong administrative skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with tenants and team members. Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
