Purpose of the role -

To act as liaison between tenants and landlords in matters relating to the tenancy and report accurately to the client as required whilst building the company reputation and providing excellent service

Client brief -

Cavendish Rentals are a long-standing family run lettings and estate agency with multiple branches managing over 600 lettings properties. We are looking to add to the existing lettings team due to continued growth which offers the ability to progress in the industry by working with experienced lettings professionals and offering training such as gaining ARLA qualifications to enhance your skills in the industry

Shifts

- Monday to Friday 9.00am - 1:00pm - flexibility required to assist with holiday cover

Holidays -

5.6 weeks equivalent

RESPONSIBILITIES

The role -

Managing maintenance requirements throughout the tenancy by liaising between landlords, tenants and contractors

Providing excellent customer service

Managing the end of tenancy process including deposit returns and disputes

Advising of refurbishment work and maximising landlords income

Dealing with stressful situations whilst remaining calm and professional

Growing the company by providing professional advice and services

Using Microsoft packages such as outlook, word and excel

Working within the team and other branches by communicating effectively

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.82 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
