Preferred but not essential:
Proficiency in property management software
Property Management experience: 1 year
Strong knowledge of property laws, regulations, and health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Day to Day management of the Property Portfolio
Achievement of monthly targets
Communication with Landlords, Tenants and Contractors
Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and periodic inspections as needed, ensuring minimal disruption to tenants.
Manage Tenancy agreements accurately.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders.
