We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organised

Property Manager

to join our dedicated lettings team at our Fulwell branch. This is an excellent opportunity for a property professional looking to advance their career with a respected and well-established local agency.

Key Responsibilities:

Working alongside our Lettings Manager and offering a supporting role with the day-to-day management of a portfolio of residential rental properties Act as a point of contact for landlords and tenants, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly and professionally Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and routine inspections, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations Manage tenancy renewals, rent collection, arrears, and deposit returns Complete Inventories, Tenancy Inspections and Check Out Inspections Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and third parties to ensure efficient property management service delivery Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience in residential property management (ideally within an agency environment) Sound knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance obligations Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Full clean UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Proficiency with Property Management software (e.g. Alto PM, or similar)
