Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and organised

Trainee Tenancy / Property Manager

to join our growing residential lettings and property management team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in residential lettings and property management, with full training and professional development provided.

You will work closely with experienced property managers, learning all aspects of tenancy administration, landlord and tenant liaison, and regulatory compliance.

Duties

Assisting with the day-to-day management of residential rental properties Supporting tenancy set-ups, renewals, and terminations Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors, and local authorities Arranging maintenance and repairs and tracking works through to completion Learning and applying key compliance requirements (e.g. Gas Safety, EICR, EPC, Right to Rent, deposit protection) Assisting with rent collection queries and arrears chasing Maintaining accurate property and tenancy records Supporting inspections and reporting where required

Skills

A genuine interest in residential lettings and property management Strong organisational and communication skills Professional, confident, and customer-focused approach Willingness to learn and develop within a regulated industry Good IT skills and attention to detail A full UK driving licence is required Previous property experience is not essential, but would be beneficial - full training provided
