Full Time | Monday-Friday (Rota: 8am-4pm / 10am-6pm)

. No two days are the same, you might be liaising with contractors in the morning, carrying out property inspections midday, and negotiating renewals in the afternoon. What to Expect Day-to-Day



A mix of

office-based work, property visits, client communication, and portfolio administration

Regular interaction with landlords, tenants, contractors and colleagues Hands-on involvement in maintenance, compliance, renewals and tenancy management A structured workload supported by modern tools, CRM systems and clear processes A collaborative environment where your ideas and input truly matter

Key Responsibilities:



Deliver excellent service by handling calls, emails and walk-in enquiries Welcome clients into the office and support them with their needs Liaise with landlords and tenants regarding inspections and maintenance Take ownership of a personal portfolio (170-190 properties once trained) Manage maintenance issues and update FixFlo daily Process tenant notices and prepare Section 21 documents Handle deposit negotiations at end of tenancy Coordinate tenancy renewals between landlord and tenant Complete regular management inspections (every 3-4 months) Maintain accurate property records within Reapit CRM Manage incoming/outgoing tenant utility accounts Arrange statutory safety certificates and ensure compliance with current legislation
