Part-time, flexible hours; includes some evening and weekend work
We are looking for a part-time, self-employed Property Manager, to look after after our portfolio of 4 HMO properties in Welwyn Garden City and 2 in Hitchin.
You will help with:
Online advertising for tenants
Arranging and conducting viewings, tenant check-ins and check-outs
Ensuring maximum occupancy
Be the point of contact for all tenants and respond to all calls, texts and emails, handling all Individual personal requests in a time-efficient manner.
Encourage a happy and respectful household of tenants to maximise potential of long-term rentals.
Ensure cleaning standards are maintained in all properties.
Regular property inspections
Arranging and meeting with contractors regarding annual checks and for any maintenance issues.
Being the point of contact for tenants
You must be:
Able to work flexible hours (including some week-ends and evenings)
Personable, professional, and articulate
Assertive and ability to think on your feet
Well organised and able to handle multiple tasks
Have some experience in property
Eligible to drive in the UK and have your own transport
This is a great opportunity for a hard-working, organised individual with a passion for people and property.
Prior lettings experience is preferred, although not essential, full training given. Might suit someone who is looking to work part time alongside other commitments.
