- New Opportunity! Modest basic + OTE = c. 40,000 in year 2, based in our Chiswick Office near the river in West London.

We cover three property types - apartments (including those amazing modern waterside apartments), traditional bricks-and-mortar houses and houseboats - providing a varied, interesting and challenging workload. We have a dedicated Property Management team that looks after many of the properties we rent.

Using the River Thames as our inspiration, water drives our niche business: our exemplary customer service tied to our unrivalled knowledge of living on, by or near water means we are unequalled on our property offering.

The Person/You.



RiverHomes is a property business but previous property experience is not an essential requirement for this role as one-to-one comprehensive in-house training will be given. What is essential is that you are articulate, honest, determined and thick skinned. Your work ethic must be admirable: you should be diligent and have the ability to work under pressure. An entrepreneurial outlook with a 'no task too small' attitude; willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done and hit deadlines. You will have a clean driving licence and having your own car will be useful.

The Responsibilities



These will include, but are not limited to -

Your commission will be determined by your results. Whilst your Manager will 'open doors' and guide you, but it will be your drive and determination that are the keys to your success. Once you have passed your Probationary Period - usually three months - you will agree achievable targets with your Manager to fund your enjoyable lifestyle and help the company achieve its business goals. Using the RiveHomes CRM, you will liaise with applicants and show properties for sale and rent. You are confident and positive with a 'can do' attitude, relishing the variety and demands of a busy office.
