We're looking for a
Property Operations & Admin Assistant
to support the operational side of the business and grow with us as the portfolio expands.
This role suits someone who enjoys structure, problem-solving, and being at the centre of how things run.
Salary:
2,100 per month (gross)
to start
Clear progression to
2,500-2,800+
as responsibility increases
Hours:
Monday-Friday:
9.30 am-6.30pm
Saturday:
10:00 am-4:00 pm
Occasional remote support on Sundays for urgent matters only
The Role
You'll support the day-to-day operations of our properties and act as a key point of coordination between tenants, contractors, and the internal team. This is not a passive admin role, it's operational, practical, and hands-on.
Property & Tenant Operations
Respond to tenant and landlord emails and messages
Coordinate handymen, contractors, cleaners, inventories, and suppliers
Log, track, and follow up on maintenance issues until resolution
Triage tenant issues, resolving routine matters and escalating serious ones appropriately
Support tenant check-ins, check-outs, and property handovers
Monitor property condition and flag issues early
Administrative & Operational Support
Manage inboxes and daily admin tasks
Maintain accurate Excel / Google Sheets trackers and property records
Keep property documentation organised and up to date
Support short-term letting operations in coordination with the dedicated Airbnb team member (admin support only)
Assist with internal reporting and operational organisation
Maintenance, Compliance & Setups
Track maintenance quotes, invoices, and flag recurring or unusual costs
Maintain compliance folders (EPC, EICR, Gas Safety, HMO licences)
Monitor compliance expiry dates and alert management in advance
Arrange inspections, certificates, cleaners, and inventories when instructed
Follow checklists for new property onboarding and handovers
Reporting
Provide short weekly updates covering:
Open maintenance issues
Upcoming check-ins and check-outs
Any matters requiring escalation
Who This Role Is For
1-2 years' experience in property admin, lettings, operations, or a similar role
Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets
Organised, reliable, and calm under pressure
Confident communicating with tenants and contractors
Happy working in a small, growing business where things move fast
Keen to grow into more responsibility over time

. As you become more autonomous and take ownership of daily operations, your salary will increase to
2,500-2,800+
, based on performance, reliability, and responsibility.
