We're a creative, innovative and friendly small team of 10, and are looking for a Boltholes Property Operations Coordinator to help us continue to provide outstanding service.
We're seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented Property Operations Coordinator to help manage the day-to-day operations of our holiday cottages. This is a hands-on and varied role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
You will take responsibility over the operational running and standards of the properties in our portfolio with a particular focus on our managed properties.
You will develop and maintain excellent working relationships with our suppliers (housekeepers and contractors) to ensure our guests and our property owners receive the best possible service.
Duties and Responsibilities
To ensure that our properties reach the minimum required legislative and regulatory standards and conduct regular property inspections.
To ensure the information we provide to guests is up to date and represents the houses accurately.
To support colleagues in onboarding new houses..
Arranging and overseeing repairs and callouts for urgent maintenance issues by monitoring and logging maintenance issues promptly and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Further develop and maintain our property management system
Occasionally assist with Customers calls and emails
To support the Team on the emergency out of hours rota to coordinate any call outs relating to the properties should there be a guest issue, and to work closely with owners and contractors on follow up action
Any other duties based on operational demand to make sure that we offer the best service at all times. We're a small team who need to be able to adapt and help cover other roles during busy periods so adaptability is key.
Essential Skills
Previous relevant experience of managing IT processes and familiarity with CRM/Database systems

Desirable skills
A love and knowledge of the North Wales area - particularly Anglesey and Gwynedd
Previous experience in a property related role
Welsh Speaker/ knowledge of tourism sector
Experience in developing or implementing an operational IT system
