180 Strand London WC2R 1AEx (Hybrid - 2 days office / 3 days home)

Hours:

Monday-Friday 9am-7pm + Saturday 10am-2pm (with time off in lieu if needed)

Salary:

30,000 + commission

Property Operations & Lettings Office Manager

.

This is a

key role

in our business, you'll oversee the entire lettings and sales pipeline, handle phones during business hours, qualify book & coordinate viewings, manage property listings and social media, and occasionally attend properties for viewings, inspections, and key handovers.

Key Responsibilities



Sales & Lettings Progression

- manage tenancy applications, referencing, renewals, deposit registration, and compliance deadlines; progress sales from offer to completion.

Phone Cover

- handle all inbound calls Monday-Friday (9am-7pm) and Saturday (10am-2pm) professionally, providing updates and resolving issues as well as qualifying booking & coordinating viewings.

Admin & Listings

- create and maintain property listings across portals (Rightmove, Zoopla, etc.), prepare tenancy paperwork, maintain digital records, and ensure compliance as well as coordinating any property maintenance issues where needed.

Office Management & Coordination

- check accuracy of team admin work, chase outstanding tasks, and oversee smooth daily operations.

Social Media & Marketing

- manage company social channels, post new listings, create engaging content, and help grow our online presence.

Customer Service

- act as the first point of contact for tenants, landlords, buyers, and vendors.

Property Visits

- conduct viewings, inspections, check-ins/check-outs, and attend properties as required.

Hybrid Work

- work 2 days per week in the office (for training, collaboration, and team meetings) and 3 days remotely (phone coverage, admin, and marketing tasks).

Person Specification



Proven experience as a

Sales & Lettings Office Manager or Coordinator

(essential). Excellent written and spoken

English

;

Mandarin language skills a strong plus

. Confident with English & Chinese social media platforms and property portals. Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Good IT skills -- comfortable with lettings/CRM software. Strong knowledge of UK lettings legislation and compliance. Full UK driving licence and own car (essential for property visits). Able to work Monday-Friday 9am-7pm + Saturday 10am-2pm.
