We currently have an opportunity for a Property Payments Administrator to join the Royal London Asset Management (RLAM) Property Payments team on a permanent basis in London.

Responsible for the end-to-end invoice payment process for all Funds within the Property Front Office team, this role involves managing, overseeing, and processing all aspects of accounts receivable and payable invoicing accurately and timely. Tasks include setting up and amending purchase orders, budget orders, receipting, payments and handling internal and external queries.

As a specialist, you will collaborate with key stakeholders and departments to ensure compliance with financial policies, regulations, controls, and procedures. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual with payments experience and aspirations to develop their career within an asset manager.

About the role



Register/amend purchase and budget orders and arrange payment of invoices - end to end processing, management and oversight Register and arrange payment of stand-alone invoices received - end to end processing, management and oversight Query management and resolution internally and externally (third parties) Manage user access to relevant systems including set-up of new third parties, property and accounting codes Undertake bank verification checks on new third parties/change of bank details Ad-hoc tasks as required e.g. monitor bank account balances reporting to the relevant Fund/Development Manager Prepare VAT invoices as required and arrange payment Verify new subcontractors with HMRC - Construction Industry Scheme Escalation of items, as required, to the manager/senior leaders Regular internal Operations and governance reporting Timely management off the team mailboxes.

About you



Previous experience of working in accounts receivable and payable / Procure to Pay automated systems. Previous experience within an asset property management company or similar industry - preferable. Understanding and experience of working with the Procurement to Pay system 'Proactis' - highly desirable. Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Strong Outlook skills. Risk management and control awareness - lead by example. Curiosity and willingness to learn from others.
